Shipping Policy

Rhode Skin ships orders within the United States. Standard Shipping is free. Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days. After shipment, transit normally takes 4–6 business days. Saturdays, Sundays, and United States federal holidays are not business days.

Tracking information is sent to the email used for the order after the carrier accepts the shipment. Carrier conditions, severe weather, high-volume periods, or other events outside our control can cause delays, so delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees.

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate address. Contact us as soon as possible if an address needs correction. Once an order has shipped, an address change cannot be guaranteed.

For a delayed, missing, damaged, or incorrectly delivered parcel, contact us with the order number and relevant details. For damage or an incorrect delivery, include clear photographs so we can work with the carrier and provide an appropriate resolution.
