Refund Policy

Rhode Skin accepts eligible return requests made within 30 days after delivery. The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. A valid order number or other proof of purchase is required.

Contact us before sending anything back. For an eligible return, we pay the return shipping cost and provide return instructions or a prepaid label. Items sent without authorization may not be accepted.

If an item arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, send the order information and clear photographs as soon as possible so we can review the issue.

After the return is received and approved, the refund is issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. A bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the credit.

To request an order cancellation or change, contact us before shipment as soon as possible. We will try to help, but a change or cancellation cannot be guaranteed.
